Vernon and I have both spent decades leading change in higher education — as faculty, deans, provosts, and innovators across community colleges, private universities, and national online institutions. Along the way, we’ve seen one thing clearly: real change doesn’t happen in isolation.

That’s why we created the Engaged By Design Podcast.
